Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa, Platanias (Crete)

I had a nice overall experience at this hotel. The facilities were enjoyable, especially the pools, yet there were some minor issues with sun loungers, and the dining experience could use a little improvement. The staff was genuinely helpful, and the location was convenient for getting out and about. The rooms were decent, though I expected a bit more comfort and quality for what I paid.

However, our room had a strong tobacco smell upon arrival, which was quite unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was also very poor, causing us some frustration.
